JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

#1 Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.

#2 Gather customer information as required.

#3 Recommend solutions and other services if appropriate.

#4 Delight customers and ensure best customer experience
possible.

Skills Requirements:

#1 Average to Advanced written and spoken English.

#2 Knowledge in web navigation and computer Literate.

#3 Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate degree in any
field.

#4 Previous experience in call center and with technical
background will get good advantage in salary.

#5 Fresh Graduates can also apply.

Monthly Salary and other benefits:

#1 Basic Salary up to PHP 55000 per month.

#2 Various performance bonus and incentives PHP 2000 to PHP
12000 per month, depends upon the performance.

#3 Up to 20%, more Night Shift Difference in salary.

#4 Non Taxable allowances provided which includes
Transportation, meals at work, medical benefits etc. PHP 2000 to PHP 5000 per
month.
